Privacy / Non-Consensual Content Policy

Priority: non-consensual intimate content

Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery (private leaks, revenge porn–style material, or content shared without the depicted person's consent) are highest priority. Send the exact Fan Leaks page URL to [email protected]. We aim to remove or disable our listing as fast as possible — often the same day when the URL is clear.

1. What this website is

Fan Leaks indexes third-party content (titles, thumbnails, players, links).
Media files are typically on third-party CDNs — we do not control those servers and cannot always delete the original file at the source.
We can remove or disable our page / link when a valid complaint is received.

2. Dedicated reporting channel

[email protected]

Suggested subject: “URGENT Non-consensual content removal” + the page URL

Please include:

Exact URL on Fan Leaks (e.g. https://fan-leaks.com/videos/your-slug)
That this is a privacy / non-consensual intimate-content report
Your name and a reply email
Any other detail that helps identify the listing quickly

3. What we do after a valid complaint

Review the reported listing on Fan Leaks
Remove the page / record from our index and database where applicable
Disable embeds, links, or public access to that URL on our site
Block the slug from automatic re-import where systems allow

Non-consensual reports are escalated ahead of routine copyright paperwork when the URL is identifiable.

4. Complainant privacy

We will not publicly disclose complainant email or IP just because a removal was requested. Contact details are used only to process the complaint and reply when needed.

5. Law-enforcement requests

Law-enforcement or other lawful government requests are handled according to applicable law. We may disclose limited information when legally required (e.g. valid court order or warrant).

6. Third-party source files

Removing our listing does not always delete the original media from the source CDN. You may also need to contact the original host. We will still remove our index entry so the clip is no longer promoted on Fan Leaks.
