DMCA / Content Removal

1. Nature of the service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fan Leaks acts as a passive intermediary:

• We index publicly available metadata (title, thumbnail, tags) from the open web.
• Playback is by hotlink / stream from third-party storage — master files are typically not stored by us.
• We do not claim copyright ownership of third-party videos.
• A listing on Fan Leaks does not mean we endorse or control the original uploader or CDN.

Disputes about the underlying recording should primarily go to the original host / uploader / CDN. We will still remove our listing when notified.

2. No liability for third-party content

Linked or embedded sources may change without our knowledge. We make no warranty that every clip is correctly licensed. Users access material at their own risk. Fan Leaks disclaims liability for claims arising solely from third-party hosted streams, except where removal was requested and we failed to act in a reasonable time after a valid notice.

3. Fast removal

We prefer voluntary takedown over dispute. Clear emails are often handled within 24 hours (sooner for privacy / clear ownership).

4. What to include

• Exact URL on Fan Leaks (e.g. https://fan-leaks.com/videos/your-slug)
• Whether this is copyright, privacy, or another rights claim
• Your full name and reply email
• Optional: proof of ownership / ID of the work

Formal DMCA-style notices may also include: description of the work, good-faith belief statement, accuracy under penalty of perjury, and signature. Incomplete notices may be delayed until we can identify the page.

5. Priority cases

• Non-consensual intimate content → Non-Consensual Content Policy
• Any report suggesting underage material → immediate priority with a valid URL
• After removal, the slug is blocked from re-import where systems allow
• Abusive or fraudulent notices may be ignored; good-faith notices with a clear URL are not

6. Counter-notice

If material was removed by mistake, email the same address with the URL and why it should be restored. We may decline restoration if the original complaint was clear and valid.
